1. SEO Services (Monthly Subscription)

• SEO services are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
• Clients may request a full refund on the first payment within 15 days of payment if they are unsatisfied.
• Ongoing monthly retention payments are non-refundable.
• Clients may cancel the service at any time. However, retention payments already made are non-refundable.

2. Website Development Services (One-Time Payment)

• Website development is billed as a one-time service.
• Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours prior to the start of work.
• If the website is delivered but the client is unsatisfied or the website is defective, clients may request a refund or service revision.

3. Return Policy

• For marketing services, clients may cancel or return the service if the agreed results are not achieved.
• For website development, clients may request a return or refund if the delivered website does not meet the agreed specifications or is defective.
